As many of you know, or should know by now, both Lyra’s Books and Classics, Arete, and Hand and Eye Editions are all different imprints with the same creative teams, creating a wide range of different sorts of books, consequently we share the same tastes! Arete have been working on ‘Frozen Hell’ for the last year with the artist Greg Manchess, when Rich was formulating Lyra’s Classics, it seemed the perfect fit to use an artist that could bring a classic use of oil painted portraits that Greg Manchess could do, he was one of a few that could pull off our concept for the book.
